What You’ll Learn:

  • How to differentiate between disordered eating and eating disorders and recognize the emotional and cognitive drivers behind them.
  • How to use reImagine’s Cognitive Thinking Traps exercise to challenge perfectionistic and distorted beliefs about food and body image.
  • How to support clients through emotional regulation and practical coping tools for bad body days.
  • How to integrate support networks and professional referrals while maintaining clear coaching boundaries.
