It helps us focus on what’s within our control and creates a compassionate approach that fosters affirmation that we did our part, confidence in our work, self-resilience, and personal growth in our journey as helpers.

It’s also important to show up personally regulated as a Health coach in order to support the client’s regulation of their nervous system. The precense of the Holy Spirit we carry helps to influence de-scalation of the person in distress.

Crisis is triggering chronic stress, distress and unhelpful coping skills globally. Thanks for the encouraging words and reminder in how to use the mental health coaching training in Christian ministry. I hope to join others in spiritual growth, partnership in applying the information and leading groups with the Holy Spirits guidance. Keep up the great work.
