Mental Health Coaches help individuals and faith communities learn how to manage emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, challenge negative thinking patterns, and improve relationship skills — all of which boost mental health. You’ll also learn to properly uphold ethics and confidentiality, and understand confidentiality limits.

 

We offer this 18-hour online course which includes 12 hours for Mental Health Coaching and 6 hours per specialty course. Specialization trainings are available in the following areas: Addiction and Behavioral Health Disorders, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Aging and Elder Care, and Trauma. You’ll receive certification at the end of this training.
