I echo your sentiments and agree wholeheartedly with Tanya. It is imperative that we understand what is in our control. Equally important, is having the knowledge that we don’t even want to control everything or anything outside of our own triggers, thoughts, and behaviors as it relates to supporting persons with mental illnesses.
