The GTHU Mental Health Coach training is an 18-hour training program that gives you knowledge, tools, and actionable steps for becoming a certified Mental Health Coach in your community. The training will expand your understanding of mental health, give you tools for developing community mental health resources and educating others, and help you build the skill to compassionately respond to those in distress.
