This registration form is the same as the Registration form ID:55, except instead of two conditional address fields: home and Company / Organization we are using a single address field. Instead the text fields Home Address and Company / Organization Address are conditional. We did this to make the populating of the Woocommerce billing fields much more efficient requiring much less code in the functions.php. For example, on the other form we had to include all 200 GF to Woocommerce country name / country code conversions.
